27.04.2018 – Eingezogen
Zunächst ein paar Fakten:
103 Pfähle, 34 Endpfähle, 590 Pflanzstickel, 34 Anker, die 60 cm in die Erde wollten und 3,5 km Drah.t 7 waren sie. 7 Helfer + ein Traktor (und eigentlich noch ein Ankereindrehgerät – dazu später mehr)
An dieser Stelle ein ausdrückliches Dankeschön an meine Freunde und meine Familie. Ist schon überhaupt nicht gewöhnlich, dass man so eine Arbeit auf sich nimmt. DANKE EUCH ALLEN!
8:30 Uhr Treffpunkt in den Reben. Alle waren da, pünktlich. Und damit ging es eigentlich auch schon los. Kurzum, es war klar, entlang der Reihen von Pflanzen, die 2 Wochen zuvor gesetzt wurden, mussten die Pfähle in die Erde. Egal wie.
Blieb nur offen, nehmen wir die letzten Pflanzen an die Anker oder an den Pflanzfahl. Wir entschieden uns für die erste Variante. Akkordarbeit begann. Während ich vor dem Traktor herlaufend, die Pfähle festhielt und ungefähr abmaß, um festzustellen, dass der Traktor sie mit seinem Frontlader bis zur richtigen Tiefe in den Boden drückte, verteilten die anderen bereits das Material.
So schnell wie das ging, konnten wir gar nicht schauen. Die obere Terrasse war in null komma nix mit Pfählen ausgestattet, so dass wir bereits vor Mittag auf dem unteren Boden weitermachen konnten. Der einzige Haken an der ganzen fast leichten Arbeit waren die Anker.
Da die 60 cm in den Boden gedreht werden müssen, hatte ich mich kurzerhand ein Ankereindrehgerät geliehen, das mit einem der Hydraulikkreisläufe des Traktors funktionieren sollte. Leider weit gefehlt. Das Dingen wollte nicht.
Wir verloren ungefähr 15 Minuten bei dem Versuch, die Maschine ans Laufen zu kriegen. Und so blieb uns nichts anderes übrig, als einen kleinen Wettkampf auszurufen, der da hieß:
Wer schafft es, am schnellsten den Anker in den Boden zu drehen.
Lustige Methoden wurden dabei gesehen. Während der eine mit einer Eisenstange unterwegs war und sich redlich Mühe gab, das Ding in den Boden zu drehen, gab es andere, die anfingen, um den Anker herumzulaufen und sich mit zu drehen, um schneller ans Ziel zu gelangen.
Das mussten wir auf dem oberen, aber auch auf dem unteren Boden machen und ich möchte sagen, es war die schweisstreibendste Arbeit überhaupt an diesem Tag. Und die Kollegen haben hier echt Durchhaltevermögen gezeigt.
Die anderen verteilten, mein Kollege, der Traktorfahrer, und ich rammten die Pfähle in den Boden. Während dessen ging es weiter. Die Pflanzstickel wurden gesetzt. Auch das so schnell, dass ich es gar nicht fassen konnte, als ich hörte, dass wir fertig waren.
Wir überlegten, was jetzt noch sinnvoll wäre, weiter zu tun und so entschlossen wir uns, die ersten Drähte oben einzuziehen und die Endpfähle an den Ankern zu befestigen. An der Stelle sei gesagt, hier hilft nicht mehr unbedingt “viel hilft viel”.
Die verbliebenen 5 Kollegen waren zu viele. Wir kamen nicht mehr wirklich voran, weil zu wenig Arbeit parallel gemacht werden konnte.
Also beließen wir es dabei und machten dann nach ein bisschen mehr als 6 Stunden und einem steifen Nacken vom dauernden Hochschauen zum Frontlader Schluss und beendeten die Arbeit des Drahteinziehens am darauffolgenden Tag zu zweit.
